Support and resources including free access to counselling, a wellbeing app, podcasts, webinars and more

You’ve dedicated your life to taking care of others, but in these new and uncertain times it’s never been more important to take care of yourself too.

We all have mental health; it’s deeply personal and ever-changing as we move through our lives and careers. And we all have times when life gets on top of us. Whether you want to lower your stress, sleep better or reduce burnout, getting the right support can help you take positive steps to wellbeing.

We’re partnering with ICAS International to deliver a flexible and professional wellbeing service for our members. This means you have access to daily advice and information via the ICAS ECare app and if you need to, you can talk one-on-one to a licensed counsellor through a free and confidential service.

Our surroundings have a huge impact on our mental wellbeing, but we often have little control over the environments we spend most of our time in. Portal changes that.

Portal harnesses the power of immersive technology, including 3D spatial audio and smart lighting integration, to provide instant escapes to some of the most calming, remote and peaceful locations on the planet. From tropical beaches in Thailand to thunderstorms in the Amazon rainforest, these environments are all designed to help you sleep, focus, relax and unwind.
